Movie Review 2 Ratatouille

I tell you about Ratatouille. The hero is a rat whose name is Remy. He is very interested in cooking. He knows a lot of ingredients and he can cook delicious meal. He is very sensitive about smells and tastes. So he can judge foods safety or not. Remy lives in attic with his companions. One day, Remy and his brother were found the owner of the house. Then a lot of rats ran away. Remy tried to bring out a book about cooking. Remy failed to run away with his companions. He was alone in a stormy night. He was carried away in river. Remy arrived a restaurant. Its name is Gusteau’s restaurant which is Remy’s admiration. Remy met a boy, his name is Linguini. To tell the truth at first, he is Gusteau’s son. Gusteau was the owner of the restaurant. He was great chef. However, Linguini is no sense of cooking. He started working there as a chore. Remy pitied him for his misfortune. Linguini knew that Remy can understand language and he is good at cooking.
Then they decided to become the best chef in Paris. Remy hid Linguini’s head and manipulated him as if operate shovel car. Thanks to Remy the restaurant became famous soon. Remy could meet his companions again, but he helped Linguini. The chef Skinner is ill-natured man and he has doubted Linguini about the rat. He found Remy at last, but he couldn’t catch Remy. Remy stole Gestau’s will. Everyone in restaurant knew that this restaurant’s owner should be Linguini. Skinner dismissed the restaurant. After that, Remy was found everybody in the chicken, so all the cook disappointed Linguini and went out. What was worse for Linguini, Ego who is critic will visit the day. Remy looked Linguini despaired in the kitchen. Remy gathered his companions and stared cooking. Remy support everybody. Colette who is Linguini’s lover came back the restaurant. Remy and Colette were chef and Linguini worked as a waiter. Ego was moved after he ate Ratatouille. I think Linguini’s new restaurant continues good state with his companions. There were unique characters in this movie. I enjoyed watching this movie. If I have a free time, I want to watch again.(372words)

Book Review 5

I read ”GOAL“.
Geoffrey and his friend Nathan raced towards the soccer pitch. They were late for the game. He apologized to his coach Andrew for being late. Geoffrey introduced Nathan. Nathan is deaf. Andrew thought that Nathan won’t fit into our team. Then, the referee blew his whistle and play started. Nathan pounced on a loose ball in midfield. He dribbled it towards the halfway line skillfully. “Pass it to me!” screamed Jason, but Nathan couldn’t hear. He kept on dribbling the ball. Suddenly, he was tackled from the opponent and he lost ball. The referee blew his whistle. However, Nathan didn’t hear the whistle. He dribbled again and shot a goal. Nathan punched the air to celebrated scoring. No one celebrated him.
At half time, Geoffrey gathered all of his team mates. He proposed his team mates to use sign language. Geoffrey chopped his right hand down on top of his left palm. This sign language means ‘stop’. Then, the second half started. All the team mates became more comfortable using sign language. They could communicate with Nathan well. Coach Andrews was amazed by Nathan’s soccer skills. He had never seen such a great skill. Finally, Nathan shot a real goal when the game nearly ends. The referee blew his whistle to signal the end of game. After that, Coach Andrews and all the team mates welcomed Nathan to the team.(235words) (2.6points)

Book Review 4

I read "Not Again".
It is a story about basketball. I introduce the characters. There appeared five people in this book. The hero is David who tried to quickly everything. For example, he eats so fast, dresses quickly. He has mother and father. He always goes to play basketball with his good friend Alex. One day the accident occurred. David was in a traffic accident. He could hardly speak and his legs were going the wrong way. His parents and friend Alex worried about him. Then David was taken to the hospital by an ambulance. David was lucky to be alive. He was coma for six weeks. He stayed in hospital for nearly a year. His brain was fine, and his arms were strong. But, his legs were too badly damaged to support him. He has to use a wheelchair for the rest of his life. He cannot run and jump any more. But, he could still shoot hoops, swim and wrestle with his friends. David can play basketball. He joined the wheelchair basketball team. The coach praised David’s basketball skill. If David trains harder, he could be champion. His coach told him. So He trained hard. After that, he got fitter, stronger, faster and more accurate with his shooting. David wanted a new wheelchair, but he didn’t ask his parents. They had already spent a lot of money for his hospital bills. One day, David and Alex racing home from school. Then, his heart beat faster and he got tears in his eye. There was a brand new sports chair. A month later, David woke up early on Saturday morning. He ate breakfast quickly, dressed quickly. This day was the first game for A team. David met Alex and raced the gym. David raced the corner too quickly. His wheels went off the path. He crashed. He landed hard. He still lay and his eyes closed. “David!” yelled Alex. “Not again!” Then, David laughed. He was just joking. After that, he took part in the game. (337words)(2.7points)

Book Review 3

I read Nico’s List. The hero is Nico. He has a sister whose name is Maria. She looks bad mood. Because her favorite band, the Sci-fi Zombies, were coming to town and she didn’t have tickets. Nico turned on the radio. They were playing a Sci-fi Zombies song. Then, the speaker said “be the ninth caller through and win a double pass to see the Sci-fi Zombies live in concert this Friday. Nico had an idea. He entered the station number into speed dial. After that, Nico knocked Maria’s door. She is still bad mood. Nico told her that he will be able to get Sci-fi Zombies concert tickets. If Maria becomes Nico’s slave by Friday, he gives her the tickets, he told her. Maria was willing to accept the condition. Nico gave her the list about working.
1. clean Nico’s soccer boots
2. Wash Nico’s soccer gear.
3. Drop Nico’s off at the gym.
4. Do Nico’s homework
5. Do anything else that he thinks of between now and Friday
Maria worked hard as a slave. Maria knocked Nico’s door suddenly. She looks bad. “I’m no longer your slave” Maria said. The concert was cancelled on Thursday. Maria completely gave up. Then, Nico’s phone rang. It was from Radio Rad, saying sorry about the tickets. So, Radio Rad derivered new CDs of Sci-fi Zombies. Nico gave her the CDs. Maria was cheered to get CDs. Twenty Years

On October 27th is my birthday. So I became twenty years old. A lot of my friends said “Happy Birthday”. I was so glad to hear that. I also received some birthday emails. I went to part time job the day. I worked as a swimming instructor now. Many children congratulated me. Thanks to my parents, I lived twenty years. I thanked my parents at first. And I’m happy to have many friends. These are my treasure. I want to drink with my friends one of these days. (88words)

Hello I tell you about my favorite drinks. I like sweet taste drinks very much. For example, I like coffee, milk tea, cocoa, cola and so on. Though I like coffee, I don’t like black coffee. It is too bitter for me. When I drink instant coffee, I always put milk and sugar. I often buy a pack of coffee. I and my father drink it every morning. I also like milk tea. The milk tea that I often buy is Krin afternoon tea. It is so delicious. As I like chocolate, I like cocoa. I often buy Van Houten cocoa at convenience store. Last, I like carbonated drink. Especially, I like cola. I don’t buy carbonated drink frequent. When I sometimes drink cola, I feel so delicious. (128words)

Movie Review 1 High School Musical

I watched High School Musical. Troy Bolton is a boy who can play basketball.
Gabriella Montez is a girl who is good at learning chemistry and mathematics.
These two people are the heros in this movie. At a New Year’s eve party, Troy
and Gabriella sang a song together by chance. Troy asked Gabriella exchange
cell phone numbers with him. After they exchanged cell phone number,
Gabriella disappeared. However, one day, she transferred Troy’s high school.
Troy’s homeroom teacher dislikes cell phone’s ring. This teacher confiscated the
students’ cell phones one after another. It was little fun for me, but it was so
scary. Troy guided Gabriella around the school building and they saw the poster
about a musical audition. A girl whose name is Sharpay Evans suspected
that Troy and Gabriella will take part in the audition. Sharpey participated in
the stage many times so she didn’t want to hand over the stage. Troy and
Gabriella naturally became Sharpey’s rival. Troy and Gabriella hid behind a
cart of cleaning equipment until finishing the first selection of musical. Then
they told the teacher that they want to take part in the audition, but the
audition was over. The teacher refused their request. After that the piano
accompanist whose name is Kelsy Nielsen dropped her music sheet. Troy and
Gabriella picked it up all and they sang a song. After finishing the song, the
teacher appeared. She told them to come to the second audition. However, Troy
has one more important thing. It is a basketball game. Moreover, it was the final
game. Troy’s teammates and his friends planned to pull them apart. This plan
hurt Troy and Gabriella’s heart. Their friends regretted this and apologized to
Gabriella. Though Gabriella forgave them, she looked so sad. Troy wanted to
recover their relationship, so he went to Gabriella’s house. When he visited her
house, Gabriella was in her house, but she didn’t come out. Her mother said
“Gabriella is busy with her homework”. After a short time, he went into
Gabriella’s room directly. He confided all to her. They could make up. After that,
Troy and Gabriella gathered after they finished club activity. They practiced
singing a song everyday…
I may watch this movie before. I liked the ending.
It made me happy. I thought Sharpey and Gabriella became friends.
I would like to watch High School Musical!
